Dr Terri Simpkin is an internationally experienced, research-informed practioner.  She has worked internationally with governments, industry associations, large organisations and SMEs as a consultant and educator. 

 

A sought-after public speaker and facilitator, she is known for her work exploring the evolution of contemporary organisations and workforce capability challenges.  A Churchill Fellow, Terri is an authority on the impostor phenomenon and her work repositions the experience as a social and workplace concern.

She was included as one of the 50 most influential women in the data economy for her work within the digital infrastructure sector and was awarded the Brynn Fowler Agent of Change award by Global Women in Telco and Tech for her work advancing inclusion and diversity both in and outside of the workplace.

 

She was also named in the 2020 IMasons 100 Awards for her work in the Digital Infrastructure sector.

She is a dedicated (some say tragic [but that's just rude!]) Duran Duran fan and devotee of the late Sir Terry Pratchett.  Her lectures on topics such as leadership, diversity and inclusion in the Discworld novels have been sell-out successes at the Cambridge Festival of Ideas.

Dr Louise Grimmer is a marketing, public relations and communications specialist.  A Fulbright Scholar, Louise is a prominent media commentator, columnist and advocate for elevating the place of local businesses and organisations in regional economies.

 

Working with industry, government and businesss, she advises on marketing strategy, media engagement, and publicity and promotion.

She is an experienced panelist, facilitator, MC and has worked as a national radio presenter for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.
